There is no doubt that we usually celebrate new technology whether it’s new phone, it’s new features and Artificial Intelligence and much more but there are some dark side of these things too.
Firstly, everything looks great earlier times we consume food or used to drink cold drink and all we like them most but now days people are avoiding all these junk food because they know that it is harmful for body.
Same is the thing with the smartphones and the technology at a glance these are life changing devices they make things easy for us and even provide lots of experience to us but too much of anything is definitely bad.
Same thing applies with these smartphones meaning by too much use, too much addiction too much of anything is definitely giving us some negatives.

Earlier times whole of family sit together and watch some movie and for three hours continuously whole family spends together because you don’t have any other option.
Today, everything is changed as mobile phones with whole new technology use of OTT, games and much more .
Our Attention Span is very affected for example we even not able to watch a full reel on Insta if we like it then we see otherwise we scroll it down because we already know there going to be some other interesting content out there
You even can’t read newspaper thoroughly for example if you read the newspaper if you like it you will keep going otherwise you’ll stop meaning by your attention Span is truly impacted and it is a very big negative. All thanks to the advanced technology that we have.
MENTAL HEALTH: mobile addiction
The exposure that we get of this world it is good but our brain starts comparing things we start devalue or own life we are busy in things that who have done number of likes, share, comments etc.
Our emotions mentally are not doing good which is impacting our mental health again this is because of the overuse of technology.
We start comparing things like Oh! I have this phone my friend bought a new one this and that and you start taking tension of these things like mobile phone which is a very basic thing and disturb our whole of our system.
SLEEP CYCLE: mobile addiction
We use phone most of the times like when it’s time to sleep still we are using phone it’s 2:00A.M. in the night and still we have our phone in our hands and we are continuously using it by which we not only effecting our eyes, our mental health, our sleep cycle is also getting impacted badly.
It damages our brain you will have brainless thinking that you just woke up and grab phone you started scrolling reels which impact your brain badly and you will have brainless thinking.
PRODUCTIVITY AND TIME MANAGEMENT: mobile addiction
Earlier times we come from school we used to finish our homework without any distraction like using phone and all in between we have the particular target that by this time I’ll finish my work and at night I’ll watch TV for a particular time by which our mind, our health all remains fine and up to date.
Today, any work that can be get finish in 10 minutes take half an hour to get finished because of this phone and technology which is very dangerous for productivity and Time Management.

Though, because of this technology our mental health continues to suffer but this even affecting our mental health too as what’s the posture of our neck how we are sitting strain on eyes cervical issues as you are watching it on dim light and many other factors like you are listening music on earphones in full volume which effect your ears too.

These things we can’t leave now we use them everyday so it’s hard to get rid off them but there are some thing we can do:
CONTROL SCREEN TIME: mobile addiction
Firstly, just control the screen time today, in every phone you get the option to track the usage and screen time.
You must develop the habit it is not bad to use social media you must to entertainment for fun , for awareness but for how long?
You must fix that you will use for half an hour for example from 4 hours you decided to use half an hour it is a big change you have to utilize it.
How much time you are giving on any app you must utilize all that how much energy you are giving how much you are using do all that by be in control by which you’ll be in discipline and it also can’t keep you away from the technology and also helps you by which there will be no loss.
NO PHONE ZONE: mobile addiction
Imagine the guest came at your house all our sitting together talking , laughing etc. and suddenly a phone rings all other person are now silent and then suddenly other phone rings and suddenly all are busy in their own phones .
Other person is talking to us and still we are using our phone and not responding to other person.
Make it a habit when you are eating food you are eating it all alone phone is not there by which you will bring discipline and the too much addiction of phone will also get also settle down.
SOCIAL MEDIA HOLIDAYS: mobile addiction
The thing everyone must practice is the Social Media Holidays for example it’s Sunday and you are on off you will do rest like the same way you should take off from social media.
If you take off from Social Media for only one day its is a very good thing. Make a habit that on every Sunday you will take off from Insta, Facebook, Whatsapp and Snapchat.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: mobile addiction
You must engage yourself in physical activities like doing GYM playing Cricket, Football.
Do something instead of using phone you must go on walk with friends keep your phone away and do activities which refreshes your brain and keep you up to date.
Whenever you use phone use light brightness so that your eyes not get affected, avoid using phone in dark by which your eyes will not get affected instantly you are not realizing it but in the long term it’s all having a great negative impact.
